Choose between continuing the trip and receiving a refund for unused segments before accepting LATAM’s proposed replacement. Under its cancellation policy, a qualifying date change with the same origin and destination can be made within ticket validity without a penalty or fare difference, subject to the protected itinerary and available cabin.
