Independent information service

Flight Help is not an airline, airport, regulator, travel agency or official airline customer-service channel. Airline names and trademarks identify the subject of independent information and comparison and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Verify before acting

Policies, fees, schedules, fares, seats, entry requirements and operational conditions can change. Confirm material details with the operating airline, ticket issuer and relevant government authority before purchasing, changing, cancelling or traveling.

No booking contract with Flight Help

Flight Help does not issue tickets, hold reservations, take payment or control airline inventory. A route or fare observation is not a live quote or guarantee. A telephone-link selection is not proof of a connected or completed call.

Independent telephone assistance

Eligible pages may show a number for an independent third-party travel service. Flight Help may receive compensation for a connected or qualified call. The provider may charge a service fee. Before authorizing a transaction, ask for the seller’s legal name, role, total price, fare conditions and change, cancellation and refund terms. Read the commercial disclosure.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful or harmful material, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or misrepresent Flight Help content as an airline’s official statement.

Intellectual property

Flight Help’s original writing, layout and software are protected by applicable law. Airline and third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Limited quotation or linking does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flight Help disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for a third party’s acts, airline operations, missed travel, unavailable inventory or decisions made without checking current official information. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and availability

Content, tools and these terms may change as sources, products or legal requirements change. Access may be limited to protect users, the service or third parties. A material terms update receives a new effective date.

Governing law and mandatory rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in the United Arab Emirates, without excluding any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies where you live. A dispute may be heard only by a court or authority that has lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not impose private arbitration, waive a regulator complaint or select a specific free-zone court that the operator has not verified.
