How compensation works
Flight Help is published by FZ LLC Sigma Affiliate. On eligible booking, flight-change and cancellation pages, a telephone number may connect you with an independent third-party travel service. The operator may receive compensation when a call connects or meets the partner’s qualification rules. Compensation does not increase the price shown by Flight Help because Flight Help does not sell or price a ticket.
Disclosure beside the action
The call area identifies the service as independent, states that it is not the airline and warns that service fees may apply. A disclosure belongs next to the telephone action; it is not hidden only on this page.
Know who is selling the ticket
The travel service answering a call may vary with the selected airline and request. Before sharing personal or payment information, ask the agent for the legal name of the business, its role in the transaction, the total price and the applicable fare, change, cancellation and refund terms.
Intent and availability limits
A telephone action appears only when the selected airline and exact commercial action match a current eligible offer, schedule and endpoint. We do not substitute a booking number for baggage claims, pet-policy questions, check-in, loyalty, refund status, safety or general airline customer service. Use an airline’s official channel for those tasks.
No guarantee or airline endorsement
A displayed number does not guarantee that an agent is available, that a fare or seat exists, or that a requested change or refund can be completed. Airline names identify the user’s travel context; they do not mean that the airline sponsors or endorses Flight Help or the independent provider.
