Current status

Google Analytics is configured as optional measurement and cannot load until you select “Allow analytics.” If the site has no valid Google Analytics Measurement ID, it remains off. Google advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization and cross-context behavioral advertising remain disabled.

Necessary storage

The site may use browser storage that is strictly necessary to remember a privacy choice, preserve a selected airline or maintain a requested interface state. Disabling this storage may reset those choices, but it must not block access to editorial guidance.

Optional analytics

A fresh shared analytics choice controls both Google Analytics and Flight Help’s own minimized measurement. The internal intake records page categories, tool actions and disclosed call-button selections for 30 days, using a server-hashed random browser-tab session identifier. It stores no IP address, raw URL, referral path, search text or telephone digits. Marked diagnostic visits are excluded. A browser-tab session is not a verified person, and a call-button selection is not a connected call.

After an affirmative choice, Google Analytics may measure a page visit. Flight Help sends the page origin and path without the URL query string or hash, does not send free-text search input, and disables automatic page-view collection so the reviewed minimized event is used instead. A telephone-link selection is not proof that a call connected or completed and is not reported as one.

Optional measurement can identify a recognized referring search or AI service using only its domain, and record which independent call button was selected. Referral paths, search queries and telephone digits are excluded from these events. Unrecognized external sources are grouped without sending their domain names.

The analytics consent cookie stores only the choice and policy version for up to 180 days. Google Analytics can set or read its own identifiers after consent. Event-data retention is intended to be two months; aggregated reports may remain under Google’s service controls.

Telephone services and external sites

Following a link or making a call can place you in a third party’s service. That provider may use its own cookies, call-routing technology or analytics under its own notices. Flight Help does not control those technologies.

Changing a choice

Use the “Privacy choices” control in the footer to allow, decline or withdraw analytics consent. Withdrawal prevents future analytics events from this browser but does not retroactively erase information already processed. Browser controls can delete existing site storage at any time. Questions about site storage or a consent choice can be sent to info@callflight.help.
