Our target
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a product target, not as a claim of formal certification. New public releases are checked for keyboard access, readable contrast, meaningful headings, labelled controls, zoom and mobile reflow.
Current design commitments
- A skip link and semantic landmarks support keyboard navigation.
- Required actions do not depend on hover alone.
- Primary mobile controls target at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels.
- Telephone buttons include visible numbers and plain-language independent-service disclosure.
- Decision-critical content is not intentionally hidden from mobile visitors.
Known limits
Airline and partner websites linked from Flight Help are outside our control. Automated checks also cannot establish that every assistive-technology experience is correct, so manual review remains necessary.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email info@callflight.help or use the contact page to identify the URL, device or assistive technology, and the task you could not complete. Do not include a booking reference, passport details, payment information or medical records. For time-sensitive travel accommodation, contact the airline or airport through its official accessibility channel.
