Scope

This policy covers information handled through callflight.help by FZ LLC Sigma Affiliate, the website operator based in United Arab Emirates. A linked airline, ticket seller, assistance provider or other third party applies its own privacy practices after you leave the site or connect to its service.

Information handled by the site

• Basic request and security data: server logs can contain an IP address, browser or user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, referrer and response status.
• Trip-tool inputs: route, airport, airline, date and help-topic choices may appear in the page address so a result can be displayed or shared.
• Consent and interface state: browser storage may remember a privacy choice, selected airline or other necessary interface state.
• Optional visit measurement: Google Analytics is configured to load only after an affirmative analytics choice. Flight Help sends a minimized page location without the URL query or hash and keeps Google advertising features disabled. Google may still process device, browser, approximate-location and interaction information under its own terms.

Do not enter a name, booking reference, payment card, passport number, account credential, medical information or other sensitive personal information into a Flight Help search field or URL.

Why this information is used

Basic technical data is used to deliver pages, protect the service, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. Trip-tool inputs are used to return the requested page. Messages sent to the public email are used to answer the request, document a correction or handle a legal or privacy matter. Depending on the law that applies, these purposes rely on providing the requested service, the operator’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, compliance with legal obligations, or consent for any optional analytics.

Optional analytics is used only after an affirmative choice to understand visits, navigation and product usability—not to create airline rules or passenger-rights facts. If the required runtime configuration is absent or invalid, collection fails closed.

With the same fresh analytics choice, Flight Help also stores minimized page categories, tool interactions and disclosed call-button selections in its own database for 30 days. A random browser-tab session identifier is hashed with a server-only key before storage. This intake does not store IP addresses, raw URLs, referral paths, search text or telephone digits. It is not a count of identified people or confirmed calls; marked diagnostic visits are excluded.

Telephone links and commercial providers

Selecting a telephone link opens your device’s calling function. Flight Help may record that a disclosed call button was selected only when optional analytics is enabled and consented to; that event is not proof that the call connected. The independent service answering the call may collect information under its own privacy notice. Ask for the business’s legal name and terms before sharing personal or payment information.

Disclosure and sale of information

Flight Help may disclose limited technical information to infrastructure, hosting, email and security providers that operate the site. After analytics consent, Google acts as an analytics provider for minimized visit measurement; advertising personalization and ads storage remain disabled. Commercial routing systems may receive the page, airline and help intent needed to select an eligible telephone endpoint. A provider receives information under its own notice when you choose to call or leave this site. Flight Help does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International processing

The operator is based in the United Arab Emirates, while infrastructure and service providers may process limited technical or email data in other countries where they operate. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ by country. Applicable transfer requirements must be assessed with each relevant provider; a service location is not treated as permission to reuse information for an unrelated purpose.

Retention and security

Production web access and error logs are configured for daily rotation and up to 14 daily rotations under the current production configuration. A specific security incident, legal obligation or dispute may require a relevant record to be isolated and retained longer. Email messages are kept only while reasonably needed to answer the request, document the action taken and meet legal obligations. Google Analytics event-data retention is intended to be limited to two months; Google may retain separate aggregated reporting data under its service controls. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can decline optional analytics, withdraw a previous choice through the “Privacy choices” control in the footer, clear browser storage and decline to use a telephone link. Withdrawal stops future measurement from this browser but does not retroactively delete events already processed. Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about disclosures.

Send a request to info@callflight.help with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the request and the site interaction involved, but do not send identity documents or sensitive travel information unless we first explain why verification is necessary and how to provide it safely. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you.

Children

Flight Help is intended for adults planning or managing travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through an account or checkout.

A material policy change will receive a new effective date. Contact info@callflight.help or see the contact page. Never use this address for urgent travel help or send sensitive booking data.
