Where did my JetBlue cancellation credit go if I cannot see it in my account?
A missing JetBlue credit can be an account-matching problem rather than a missing refund. Check the email used for the booking, the relevant JetBlue account and, for a shared booking, the primary traveler’s account. Do not create a new refund request until you have traced the credit that was actually issued.
What this answer depends on
- JetBlue travel credit issued after cancellation; account identity and booking-email matching.
- JetBlue can create a credit account using the booking email when that email is not linked to an existing account.
- Travel credits can be reviewed from the profile balance and Travel Credit Statement; a shared booking may require checking the primary traveler’s account.
- A welcome-email password link expires after thirty days; resetting the password is the stated route if it has expired.
Important exceptions
- A welcome email is not the same as an airline refund decision, and creating another account can make matching harder. Do not expose passwords or full payment-card numbers in a general support message. A package credit or open ticket may not appear in the ordinary travel-credit statement.
More booking questions
Should I create another account to find it?
First trace the booking email and existing credit account; duplicate accounts can complicate the search.

Does an expired welcome link mean the credit expired?
No. The password-link deadline and the credit’s own expiry are different.
