Can I reprint a JetBlue boarding pass at a kiosk after checking in online?

Yes. JetBlue lists boarding-pass reprinting among its airport-kiosk functions. Its kiosks can retrieve a booking using several identifiers, including a confirmation code, passport, TrueBlue number or boarding-pass barcode. Kiosk availability and eligibility still depend on the airport and reservation.

What this answer depends on

  • JetBlue airport kiosks where available; reprinting an issued pass
  • This task starts with a traveler who needs a usable copy of the pass. It does not mean a kiosk can clear every check-in hold. JetBlue directs certain document-review messages to the counter, so a pass that was never issued because verification is outstanding is a different case from a lost or unreadable copy.
  • Use an identifier that reliably opens the correct reservation, then read the displayed flight before printing. A traveler with several upcoming flights should not assume the first record shown is the intended departure. After printing, check the name, travel date and segment; a readable barcode on the wrong flight is not a successful recovery.
  • The airline’s published kiosk feature does not establish that a machine is available at every departure point or that a particular machine is operating. Check JetBlue’s current airport information. If a kiosk cannot retrieve the booking or directs you to a crewmember, take the error and booking details to the counter instead of repeatedly entering different identifiers.
  • JetBlue airport kiosks support boarding-pass reprinting.
  • JetBlue kiosks offer reservation retrieval by identifiers including confirmation code, passport, TrueBlue number and boarding-pass barcode.
  • JetBlue requires counter review for the specified visa or permanent-resident-document prompt.

Important exceptions

  • This page does not establish kiosk access at every airport, authorize check-in after the applicable cutoff, or promise that an unissued pass can be created without document review. It intentionally does not cover kiosk baggage purchases or baggage allowances.

What to do next

  1. Confirm that the problem is obtaining a copy of the pass rather than an unresolved document or check-in restriction.

  2. At a supported JetBlue kiosk, retrieve the reservation with an accepted identifier such as the confirmation code or TrueBlue number.

  3. Select the correct flight and use the boarding-pass print or reprint function.

  4. Check the printed details. If the machine cannot finish the task or requests staff review, take the reservation and documents to a JetBlue crewmember.

  5. Have a booking identifier, the intended flight and date, and required travel documents. A saved copy of the earlier pass can help identify the record even when the phone copy is no longer convenient to present.

More booking questions

Do I need to check in again just to get paper?

JetBlue provides a reprint function for boarding passes. Reprinting a copy is not the same task as restarting an unfinished check-in.

Can the kiosk resolve every visa prompt?

No. JetBlue’s specific visa or residence-document prompt calls for airport-counter review.
