Ethiopian Airlines seat selection: Standard or Preferred?

Ethiopian Airlines seat selection: Standard or Preferred?

Decide whether you need a particular paid product or simply an available Standard seat before comparing prices. For the Preferred product described by Ethiopian, eligibility is limited to Ethiopian-operated sectors with Ethiopian flight numbers and excludes domestic routes. A separate purchase applies to each flight leg. The same price or entitlement should not be extended to another operator just because the flights appear in one itinerary. Ethiopian offers Preferred purchases through its website, app, airport, and own service channels, and directs travelers to Manage a Booking for the quotation. Review the actual category, flight leg, and charge before paying. For a multi-flight journey, check the seating choice separately on each leg rather than assuming a single Preferred purchase covers the entire trip.
