Which Madrid airport transfer route applies to T4S, and can I use the public terminal bus?

First identify whether you are moving between T4 and its satellite T4S, or between T4S and another terminal. Aena directs T4–T4S passengers to the automated train. Its special T1–T4S transfer bus has boarding-pass and through-checked-itinerary conditions; the public terminal shuttle is a different service and is not a direct substitute for reaching the satellite airside.
