  1. Identify the account

    If you choose cancellation, the advisory option covers the entire booking without a cancellation fee. UltraBasic returns Travel Bank credit valid for 12 months. Check that credit outcome against your plans before cancelling; eligibility depends on the advisory covering your trip.
