Qatar with two infants: arrange the second seat and child fare

This guide covers infants at least nine days old and under two.

Important unknowns

  • The source does not establish the outcome of an individual request. Confirm current instructions with the airline; the effective date of these provisions is not established.

What to do next

  1. Identify the account

With one adult and two infants, the second infant must be at least one year old and able to sit in a separate seat or car seat. That infant pays the child fare; the lap infant uses the infant fare.

  2. Use the official recovery route

For two or more infants under one carried on laps, each lap infant needs an accompanying adult aged sixteen or older.

  3. Keep your request focused

If using a car seat, Qatar’s stated range is six through thirty-six months and up to twenty kilograms.

  4. Check the result

Confirm the ages, seats and fares with Qatar before paying.
