    The return covers 80% on short/medium-haul journeys or 100% on long-haul journeys of the flight, taxes, baggage and seats. Insurance, cars and hotels are excluded.

  2. Use the official recovery route

    Decide whether you can use that value: the voucher expires one year after issue, cannot be extended and cannot later become cash. Redeem on flights offered on Iberia.com, using one code per booking. Packages, Air Shuttle and Avios award tickets are excluded; tickets discounted with Avios are allowed.
