Why can’t I select ANA Keep My Fare when trying to book?

Do not rely on the ordinary product description below that notice as proof that a hold can currently be purchased. A missing option may also reflect the product’s normal eligibility limits.

What this answer depends on

  • Dated pre-purchase ANA Keep My Fare service notice; recheck weekly and immediately before any import or purchase.
  • The current page explicitly announces a sales suspension; it does not give a confirmed restart date in the notice reviewed.
  • Its ordinary product description limits purchase to the ANA website and excludes award reservations.
  • The ordinary description also says the option may not appear where the available ticketing period is shorter than the product’s hold period.
